Description
Use the table and dimensioned drawing together to identify the required adapter. T1 identifies the metric JIS end, while T2 identifies the BSPP port end. Check both thread specifications and the body dimensions against your assembly drawing.
For replacement identification, measure thread diameter and pitch, then confirm the cone and O-ring sealing geometry. A matching thread alone does not establish that the adapter will seal correctly.
Working pressure must be confirmed for the selected size, material, seal, and mating connection. Use the verified rating applicable to the complete connection when reviewing the adapter for service.

1KG-OG Male 60°Cone/BSP O-ring Metric JIS Fitting Video
Watch the product video for a closer look at the 1KG-OG metric JIS adapter, including its straight body, metric JIS cone connection, and BSPP O-ring port end.
The 1KG-OG connects a matching metric JIS female fitting to a compatible BSPP port. When selecting a size, check the thread diameter and pitch at both ends, the mating cone geometry, and the port’s O-ring sealing requirements.
Click to watch the video and explore the product in more detail. Send Topa your required part numbers, connection specifications, and quantities per size for quotation. If you need help identifying an existing adapter, include clear photos of both ends and measured dimensions.

Review related JIS products according to the connection required by your assembly. The BSPT version uses a different port connection from the BSPP O-ring adapter, while the 90° version changes the installation direction. A plug is used to close a matching connection rather than join two components.
